At Royal Glow, customer satisfaction is important to us.

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition received.

• Due to hygiene reasons, certain beauty and personal care products may not be eligible for return once opened or used.

• If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
